These are various characters from my archives which are not as fleshed out as some of the ones in the main parties, but are still interesting characters (to me) who’s portraits may prove useful – either directly or as inspiration.
Victor Lebeda:
This chap is a fairly recent addition to my portfolio, being dreamt up when I was trying to decide on a character for my first run through Pathfinder: Kingmaker. Most of my characters would run screaming from “the opportunity to rule a barony”. Even Katarina de Winter, by far the most qualified to actually do so, exists in my portfolio specifically because she had absolutely no interest in it.
Victor is a man who earnestly believes in taming the frontier and bringing the gifts of civilization to the hinterlands. He is a Paladin of Abadar – god of cities, merchants, and law. And the best description of him is if you squinted and looked at the colonial British through the most romantic eyes possible and actually, earnestly, believed the stories they told themselves about what they were doing. He is honest to a fault, absolutely believes in making mutually beneficial arrangements with the “primitive natives” and *sticking* to them. And woe be any man in his outfit found abusing the position or cheating them. Natives can be forgiven for trespasses – its is their home and they don’t know our ways. But we are here to demonstrate the best of our homeland. If you cannot treat with them as equals, he will most decidedly deal with you.
He is every stereotype of the British general calmly drinking his tea while arrows whiz by is head, calmly exclaiming, “enough of this rot!”, drawing his holy crossbow, and putting an end to the nonsense. Whether that nonsense be bandits, goblins, rogue wizards, or dragons. They will absolutely get a fair chance to parlay, and absolutely be dealt with if they will not.
“stout british male looking out over hills holding surveying tools, medieval style, late 40s, haggard, weathered, proper smile and friendly eyes, dark graying hair in a long but neat bob cut, curled moustache, soul patch, wearing a light blue surcoat with silver trim and a metal breastplate”

Gutboy Barrelhouse:

Some of you may remember this name from the old AD&D combat examples. Some of you may even remember the original source. Regardless, I have always absolutely *loved* the name. In my head this is a rude, crude Dwarven brawler who loves nothing better than a good fight with anything at hand – fists, chairs, logs, conveniently unconcious golbins – whatever is available. The fantasy dwarven version of a British soccer hooligan.
variations on “scarred, bald, male dwarf, hooligan, brawler, stout, stocky, scruffy, rough, dark brown eyes, unkempt brown beard, leather armor, tattoos, raising his fist in the air, joyous”

Jericho Tull:

Jericho Tull is a monster hunter. He has dedicated his life to learning everything he can about things the lurk in the dark and on the edges of civilization preying on the weak. He studies them, learns how they think and what they do, and then systematically eradicates them. He is gruff and taciturn, a man of few words. But surprisingly kind and gentle to the victims of those he hunts – particularly children.
“stout west virginia man, mid 40s, long overcoat over chainmail armor, sword on his belt, wide brimmed inquisitor hat, dark brown hair with thick beard, haggard, unkempt”

Francesca “Frankie” Fernandoza:

Francesca is a pirate captain style rogue dreamed up for Pillars of Eternity: Deadfire. She’s a swashbuckling pirate in the romantic mould – loving the freedom of the lawless seas, far more dashing rogue than bloodthirsty mugger, and prone to a Robin Hood sense of wealth distribution. Sort of. She and her crew take plenty for themselves, but they steal exclusively from the rich and powerful and are generous with their friends. And her favorite pastime – beyond a well played con – is sinking slaving ships. With gusto.
“mid 30s, dark carribbean woman, buccaneer, long dreadlocks, wearing a purple waistcoat and hat, feisty, cocky, smirking, fantasy, gold dagger earrings, small tattoos, athletic, slender”

Kiara Silvermane

Kiara is somewhat of a cross between a Ranger and a Paladin with traces of silver dragon in her lineage. A brash, fearless Paladin monster-hunter/thrill-seeker. She tends to work alone, but she is smart, cunning, resourceful, and utterly fearless. She will sass ancient dragons and talk smack to vampire lords. And usually survive the experience with a smirk – relatively in one piece.
“tall, strong warrior woman, swiss, white hair tied behind her back, yellowish eyes, tanned skin, lopsided smirk, dark blue leather over chainmail, necklace with a wolf motif, with a sword”
